Exceptional professionalism and quality of work from Machi, Nick, and Anna and the rest of their construction team. Loved the use of BuilderTrend for consistent updates. Though there were a few small hiccups throughout the construction process, at the end of the day they provided a beautiful product and have continued to be present and prompt for any minor issues (replacing breakers for the electric tankless water heater, replacing a defective vanity light, replacing a couple floorboards, etc.) that have arisen post completion.
