The proposal also includes the closure of the existing curb cut along Silver Street and the addition of a common driveway off of Rutland Street, providing eight parking stalls (two per unit) to cater to the residents’ needs.
The estimated total development cost for this ambitious project is $400,000. This cost covers the construction of both the reworked colonial home and the new multi-family building. The applicant for this proposal is 114 Silver Street Group LLC, owned and managed by the city-based property management company, Arthur Thomas Properties.
