These homes are available to households earning between less than 30% to less than 100% of the Area Median Income (AMI), ensuring affordability for a diverse group of seniors. Notably, several apartments will be reserved for formerly homeless individuals, and 60% of the units will prioritize current Boston residents at the initial lease-up.
